Runs logged before the new start date won't appear on your dashboard, but they are not deleted. If you later move the start date back to include those dates, the runs will reappear automatically.

Your dashboard keeps working normally. The pace-line graph continues to show your progress above the trend line for the rest of the goal period — there's no dead-end or blocked state. Keep logging runs if you want to.

The progress line shows your actual cumulative miles. If your progress line is above the trend line, you're ahead of pace. If it's below, you have a gap to close. When you haven't logged a run in a few days, the progress line extends as a flat solid segment to today — this is normal and simply shows that no miles were added during that stretch.

What is the dashed line on my pace-line graph?

That's the projection line. It extends from your current progress point to where you're projected to finish by the end of your goal period, based on your running pace so far. If the dashed line ends above your target, you're on track to exceed your goal. If it ends below, it shows the gap you'd need to close. It's a forward-looking complement to the progress line, which shows where you've been.

Why don't I see a projection line on my dashboard?

The projection line appears only after two conditions are met: you've logged at least one run, and at least 7 days have passed since your goal start date. During the first week, there isn't enough data to make a meaningful projection, so the line stays hidden until the estimate becomes useful.

The projection blends your actual running pace with the pace your goal requires. Early in your goal, it leans heavily on the target pace — since a few days of data isn't enough to draw conclusions. As weeks go by, the projection shifts to rely more on your real running behavior. By the midpoint of your goal, the projection mostly reflects what you've actually been doing, not what the goal assumes.

When your logged miles reach 50% of your target, you'll receive a short milestone email. A results email arrives when your goal period ends. If you hit your target miles before the end date, you'll get a congratulatory achievement email. When your subscription is confirmed or cancelled, you'll receive a billing confirmation email. During your free trial, you'll receive reminder emails at day 20 and day 27 so you have time to decide whether to subscribe.
