Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to begin a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
If you subscribe during your trial, any remaining trial days carry over — your first charge occurs at the end of your original trial period, not the subscription date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service through that date. No access is revoked early.
Your goal and run data remains intact through the end of the billing period. After cancellation becomes effective, data is retained for 30 days. Resubscribing within that window restores full access and all data.
Refund Policy
All subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months or partial years unused after cancellation
- Subscription periods where the Service was accessible but unused
- Downgrading from annual to monthly mid-cycle
Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Verified duplicate charges caused by a billing error
- Charges that occurred after a cancellation was properly confirmed
To request an exception review, contact us at support@runnersrun.app within 14 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are charged as a single payment covering 12 months of access. Annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled before the renewal date. Access continues through the end of the paid annual period.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding member pricing ($2.99/month or $29.99/year) is locked in permanently for eligible early subscribers. This rate applies to all future renewal cycles as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancelling and resubscribing will result in standard pricing at the then-current rate.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, we will retry the charge automatically. You will retain access during the retry window. If all retries are exhausted, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You may resubscribe at any time.
